My name ramesh i wam working as manager accounts for a public sector undertaking company the query is for the f.y 20010-11 our consultant wrongly mentioned as pavnot avl in the place PAN as a result IT department issued notice for payment differencial amount on calculation it @20%, actually PAN is available with us

kindly advise us on this issue.

10 August 2012 Revise your TDS return and mention PAN of the deductees.

10 August 2012 we have filed revised return, PAN numbers are accepted but the notice issued for differential amount remained same.
