Please specify the notification no. in which 67% abatement is available in " WORKS CONTRACT SERVICE " and tax is chargeable on balance 33% of the billing amount.

Under Notification No 1/2006 dated March 1, 2006, as amended from time to time, whereby, the works Contractor,on certain specified services mentioned in the said notification, is entitled to claim abatement to the extent of 67% of the value of services rendered by him/them.
