Working and Clearing CA Final

Hi Everyone,
I am preparing for CA final,I am giving my third attempt.But i am preparing for only 2nd GROUP.I am ALREADY 23 yrs.
So i am planning to join a JOB in FRANK TEMP they are offering Rs.300000 p.a
I need to know that is it possible to clear exams while working.IS there anyone who cleared CA TWO groups while working.
Is it advicable to go for a Job.
I am very NERVOUS as iam already 23 with no good job and CA final to clear.
PlZ advice ME.

Dear Mr. Rao,
My personal advice would be, first complete your CA and then go for job as you'll get better apportunity after you clear CA. Although the present hazards are tuff, but they are temporary. You should think about your future.
In tuff situation, if you can keep your head cool, then only you can perform.
Any help require, please tell us. We can surely help you out.
You can do it. Joining job, presently, is not a good idea.
