Withholding tax deduct by bangladesh, can we avail tax benef

We are giving technical services in bangladesh. We just want to know if bangladesh company deduct withholding tax, can we avail tax benefit in india. I have read DTAA between india & bangladesh, but not clear that. So you can clear my doubt. and also send where wrote clearly.

30 January 2017 Dear Mr. Amol thanks for reply. I have already read this DTAA, But not clear that, withholding tax will be deducted by bangalesh or not, if deducted then credit avail in india or not?? this is my question.................
