Withholding tax deduct by bangladesh, can we avail tax benef

We are giving technical services in bangladesh. We just want to know if bangladesh company deduct withholding tax, can we avail tax benefit in india. I have read DTAA between india & bangladesh, but not clear that. So you can clear my doubt. and also send where wrote clearly.
