I want to know since when Income Tax Return Filling 1 of 6 Scheme withdraw.
I also want to know if a Individual having PAN no. and no Income beyond Exeption limit and having one Residencial property than he have to file Return or not.

Withdrawn w.e.f 1/4/2001 by substituting section 139(1) by the Finance Act,2001.
