18 June 2013 A PVT COMPANY NOT COMMENCED HIS BUSINESS AND NOT OPEN THE BANK A/C UPTO TILL DATE, INCORPORATION CERTIFICATE RECD ON 28/03/2012.

MY QUERY IS ANY PENALTY OR PROVISION IS ATTRACTED.

No, there is no such penalty.

But you must appoint auditor of the company and called first Board Meeting of newly incorporated company.
