A person is having income from insurance commission & agriculture income. Which ITR form should be filled for this assessment year?

Insurance commission will be treated as business income. Accordingly ITR-4 should be filed.

..Sec 44AA
Sec 44AA tells keep books , so as to assess the income by the assessing officer
so you can keep/show books when AO asks you to produce books..
