Which itr to fill?

27 July 2011 I am a teacher in a college. I have income in the following Heads.
1. Income from salary (As per Form 16)
2. Income from articles published in newspaper
3. Income from invigilation duties, guest lectures and examination work (besides salary as mentioned in point 1 above)
4. Interest Income from NSC, Fixed deposit and savings bank a/c
5. Loss from MCX (Commodity trading) and share trading (interday and intraday)

Kindly let me know of the ITR Form to be filled by me. Also the column of the suggested ITR in which the above mentioned incomes and losses are to be shown.

27 July 2011 1. If commodity trading does not come under'speculation', ITR 4S can be used.
1. If commodity trading is 'speculative',ITR 4 may be used.
