Hi,
My wife has to file ITR. She has a loss in short term sell of shares, loss = Rs.5000/-[including paid service tax and security transaction tax] and income from Back interest 2000/-.
income from home tutions 72000/-
Please advise how and which ITR she needs to fill.

She has an income from Home tutions of Rs. 72000/- Is she still need to file ITR-2 ?

If Income is within the exemption limit then ITR is not required to be filed.

But for home loan purpose she needs ITR acknowledge so she is interest to file ITR. Please advice which ITR form she needs to fill?
