Whether old company act new 98sec. both applicable for nov14

25 April 2014 as per icai notification 98 sec of new company act 2013 applicable for nov 14.
i want to know whether old comapny act also applicable? or only new 98 section ? or new as well as old both we have to read?

25 April 2014 yes cable additionally only this section will be replaced for nov 2014 exam.

25 April 2014 yes 98 section are applicable.

you need to study only the new sections. corresponding old sections are to be left out.

27 April 2014 nikhil sir what i understand u trying to say for final out of 400+ section i only need to 98 section. i not need to study old act section which are not notify yet or not applicable made by icai?

27 April 2014 what I mean to say that with respect to the 98 sections only new act is to be read. other than those sections the old act is to be read.

28 April 2014 yes only 98 sections from the new act needs to be learnt and rest from existing act for nov 2014 exam.
