Whether gst need to collect on sell of import goods

09 May 2018 Sir,

I Import Stone chip from Bhutan and there after paid 5% IGST on custom.
Now i am confuse whether at the time of selling this product i have to collect gst from customer .
And again has to be paid to govt as already i have paid to govt at the time of Import.
Please suggest.

09 May 2018 Raise tax invoice with 5% GST on sale value, collect GST from customer and pass on ITC on imports. Claim ITC on IGST paid on imports while paying to Govt GST on sale invoice.

The amount of gst at the time of purchase which is paid to custom office will it be reflect in 2A of GST

09 May 2018 No file gstr 3b and gstr 1 include the payment under RCM import.

10 May 2018 Yes RCM applicable on import of goods. IGST payable along with customs duty while customs clearance.

As RCM has been suspended still RCM has to be shown in Import goods.

19 September 2018 RCM not suspended for import it's payable at the time of customs clearance along with customs duty.
