whether additional director is inculded in total number of director for purpose of calculating rotational directors.
Ex-Co has 10 dir and co want to appoint 3 additional dir.
how many will be rotational 10*2/3=7 or 13*2/3=9

No. Additional Directors holds office up to the date of ensuing AGM, hence not counted for rotation in the AGM.
