I m a CA PCC pass student My articleship will be completed on 23rd Oct 2010

So can I give Exam in Nov 2010?

03 August 2025 You should submit Form 108 to ICAI immediately after completing your articleship—that is, right after your articleship ends, which in your case is on 23rd October 2010.

Practically, you need to submit it before you register for the exam in November 2010. Usually, ICAI asks for Form 108 as a proof of completion of articleship when you enroll for the exam. So, make sure you submit it to your regional ICAI branch as soon as your articleship is complete, ideally within a few days after 23rd October.

Summary:

Articleship completion: 23 Oct 2010

Submit Form 108: Immediately after 23 Oct 2010, before exam registration

Exam: November 2010

This ensures smooth eligibility for your November exam.
