As u r a manufacturer and doing jobwork with material. so u can show material received from customer as purchases and depending up on material entry rate u have to apply VAT.
As there is no specific rate mentioned for job work in MVAT.
U can claim deduction of labour charges if they are shown separately in bill

Or u just show it as jobwork (As u are using material supplied by the customer) so VAT probisions will not apply.
