Approach Your the Commissioner to Reduce or Waive Your Penalty in Respect of Concealment of Income

If penalty is levied, the assessee can file a petition before the Commissioner of Income tax to reduce or waive the penalty under section 273A subject to the satisfaction of the conditions mentioned in the said section.
