what is the meaning of form E-1 , why it is applicable instead of VAT 14% can u plz explain about the form E-1

E-1 sales and purchase are that Transaction which involve purchase and sale directly from the first seller to the Sole Buyer
For eg :- if A wants goods called X in Kolkata and B is the Manufacturer of goods X in Punjab
but A cannot purchase the goods directly from B, he will ask C who is a dealer in Delhi
and C will purchase the goods from B and will directly dispatch the goods from Punjab to Kolkata
the goods will not be delivered to Delhi but will be delivered to Kolkata and the role of C was to just make the Transaction and make profit
