dear sir,
I just passed in ICWA final in Dec,2009(exam)
not yet recieved certificates
still want to apply for government notifications that are currently available in hand
to do so i need to enter the date of qualification
what date should I enter?
please suggest me immediately as the due dates r nearer....

in the recent notification of FCI
it was said that
qualification ,age,experience will be reckoned as on 1-1-2010
as my exam date is dec2009
result date is feb 2010
