07 August 2010 One of my friend is elgible to get following salary from the employer but he wants to know that what in hand salary (after deduction) he will get monthly???Company has given him breakup as follows:::

Basic+HRA+Con+Spl. allowance=15050/- P.m

(Other benefits)= EPF=384/-

Gratuity= 154/-

Medicalim=133/-

SO what in hand salary he will be entitled for?

and what is gratuity? and how it will be calculated and when he will get it?

07 August 2010 Your friend may get salary in hand after deducted Rs.384 of employee share of PF is Rs.(15050-384)Rs.14666 plus Rs.133 if the medical bills provided monthly, Gratuity is accumulated , if he completes the 5 years of employement with the present employer he can get the same while resigning or retirement
