Digital Signature is nothing but assessee signature in electronic form. He is electronically authorising(or signing) the document.

So at the time of uploading ur return to IT-efiling website u have to upload it there. There u will find an option, attach with USB token or pfx file. Select as applicable and then attach DSC and then click on upload.
