Strictly speaking none.

The espression is as of but is is not used the way you wrote it.

1) As of yesterday, the progress is [what?].

or

The progress is, as of yesterday, [but what?].

as of - on and after a particular date or time

The progress is as on yesterday. is wrong

The progress is as it was on yesterday. is wrong

The progress is as it was yesterday. is OK
