what is welfare fund for employees? how much amount can collect by the employer (Min & Max) ?
towhom that amount need to pay? or maintain self ( employer) ??

there are various funds maintained by various employers, apart from the regulatory finds like PF, Gratuity etc. The max/min limits are given in the respective Acts.
