no wealth tax as the net assets are not exceeding rs 10 lakhs

1. if this is the only house, then it is anyways not to be included in wealth tax computation.
2. What Tushar meant was that it doesnt exceed Rs 30 lakhs (ie the limit under which wealth tax doesnt apply)
