It seems that your query is relating to cenvat credit of duty paid on inputs used in providing works contract service. If that is the case, in my view, service provider of works contract service is not eligible to take CENVAT credit of duties or cess paid on any inputs, used in or in relation to the said works contract, under the provisions of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004.
