Hi all
Though the service tax paid was more than 10 lakhs we filed the return manually for the 2nd half ended March 2010.
Is there a possibility to ask for waiver of late fees.

It is difficult to understand your query. There is no relation between tax payment and filling of late return.

Please refer the Notification No. 01/2010-Service Tax, dated 19-2-2010
Notification is effected from 1.4.2010 which is FY 2010-11, so you can ask the department to paper return as accepted one
