10 February 2017 Every industry has it's own share of charm and glum moments, it is all about whether you are able to sail through turbulent times which matters. The Real Estate cum construction sector has enjoyed it's share of glory for many years now and due to excess inventory the industry needed correction. It is having the impact based on many legislative reforms the Government is taking to correct this anomaly.

There is also positive indications in terms of stress given by the Government into Housing sector and providing affordable houses as part of it's welfare schemes. Thus there are opportunities everywhere and as a Chartered Accountant you must look at the positive developments and take the right step.
