22 March 2015 Sir/mam.... i have a case of 6 days of articleship extension...i have done it in month of feb but couldnt able to submit the forms ...the forms are 103 and 108 in downloaded form ..my ques is
1) whether i can submit this downloaded form with late fee or i have to purchase the form from icai
2) if i have to pur form from icai then can i write the february date in it and submit it with form 108 or i have to register again for 6 days

22 March 2015 1) Form 103 has to be purchased from ICAI Branches. See instruction from link given below:

You can submit downloaded form 108.

2) You need to submit it within 1 month. If prior date is given date of submission will be counted.
