Very urgent - identity card can be sent later on

21 April 2014 Dear Sir,
My Employer has signed the form 102 & 103
but forget to sign the identity card and went out of station.

Can It is possible to submit the form and later on submit the identity card

Please do reply at the earliest.

21 April 2014 It is to b submitted along with the Forms. Ask ICAI if it can b submitted? But as per me u have to wait for ur principal for signing the id card, and u have to submit it along with 102 & 103

21 April 2014 But Sir,My principal is out of station and last date is 30 April

It is not possible for me to submit with form.

Even ICAI Line is busy
