31 August 2013 Hi, I am proprietor of A Coaching Institute, and want to open a current A/c in the name of institute, however the sole business is of providing coaching classes to student of various field. Is there any benefit or drawback if I took registration under DVAT,

31 August 2013 Incase you have only coaching class, no to go for registration under VAT, incase any plan to sell the book materials then go for VAT

18 September 2013 Sir, One more query, I have taken 2 proprietorship registration under VAT, of which one firm I want to close it and other amend the address of the business. Kindly guide me the procedure to do so.....

18 September 2013 TIN for closing business, need to be surrender with your respective LVO. and give the amendment firm with you adding existing firm. visit the VAT website for details
