Please help me onthe following cases:-
Can we get VAT refund on capital goods in case of 100% export company.

file return, take input credit and carry forward as unutilized credit to next quarter, in march claim refund of balance of credit lying unutilized in vat account,
at the time of assessment the STO will pass order of refund.
