01 December 2014 These forms are issued by the commercial taxes department through concerned VAT office. Now it is done on-line only.A separate username and password is allotted to each dealer for this purpose. In each state VAT websites provide this facility.'H' forms are issued by an exporter to his supplier to claim exemption from CST.A "C' form is by regisitered dealer to buy goods from a registered dealer of another state at 2%(reduced rate) CST....mjk
