My question is we have purchase cement and steel and it will be used in the base of new machinery whether vat credit can be availed or not in gujarat value added tax. Pls give the answer urgent

If the cement and Steel is purchased after payment of VAT in the State of Gujarat and used in manufacture of Machinery for re-sale or used in or capitalised you are entitled to claim Input paid
