Is the vat required to be paid in case of sale of imported goods with in the state.

08 January 2013 Vat is payable, if you are otherwise liable to pay tax on other sales.

25 July 2013 On import of material or goods you have clear it from the cutoms department then if you selling within the state then VAT otherwise CST
