About me
I am practicing on sales-tax matters at Delhi and the only professional who has contributed to the Official Magazine of the Sales Tax Department, which has since been discontinued. I do keep a close interaction with the officials of the Policy and Law Branch of the Department. I had co-authored a book titled " Treatise on Draft of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2001"with Shri Balram Sanghal, Advocate and Shri Rattan Gopal, Advocate.
I have an inclination on studying the tax laws analytically and many a time the Delhi Trade & Taxes Department has to take back the amendments, after my criticism of the same. Some of my comments on amendments are on the site of caclubindia.
