04 December 2011 after registration of private company,
if no operating activity is carried out,then what are the compulsory requirement is to be completed from the point of ROC?

04 December 2011 1) Prepare accounts and get it audited.
2) File annual return ,balance sheet , profit and loss account of each year before ROC electronically.
3) File income tax return.

Cost( govt fees) depends on the authorized capital of the company and the period of delay.
