URGENT

the valuation of ESOP for unlisted companies is done by categoty 1 merchant banker.
which method is used to value the ESOP and arrive at the fair market value?
is there any circular/rules etc which specifies the method of valuation?

I think the valuation method is given in ESOP Guidelines in Annexure.
