A,B,C are three brothers. They all are married and having kids. They have created Huf's namely A Huf, B Huf,C Huf. Now they want to creat (1)ABC Huf, (2) AB Huf, (3)AC Huf (4) BC Huf. Is this valid and possible to creat such a multiple HUF's for income Tax Point of View

As per my understanding of HUF, in the given situation in your query, ABC HUF is only valid combination. As we cann't ignore any member from HUF and create HUF as per our will.
