Validity of form ct 3

can someone tell me what is the validity of Form CT 3. I mean if we obtain form ct 3 for domestic procurement for duty free goods as a 100% EOU is there any validity viz 45 days or 90 day for procuring the goods against specific CT 3

Validity of issue of CT-3 certificate is 3 years from which they have issued
