May i know the utility of Form G and H in Income Tax.

11 July 2011 These forms are related to 'capital gains account scheme,1988' connected to the exemption from Income tax arising out of capital gains.
1) form G is for closure of the said account.
2) form H is for closing the account by legal heir or nominee of the deceased depositor.
