Using Same PAN

A person using a PAN number for following purpose
1. He is working a Company (tax deducted by employer -TDS on Salary)
2. He is providing Sub contract services to other company (TDS on Sub contract)
My question is person doing the above practice may be correct (for using same PAN) or not?

a person can have only one PAN. so, its all right.

All type of income you must have to show in your itr whether it is generated from different sources. As far as the PAN is concerned, a single PAN will suffice for a person.
