USB data internet cata card distributorship comes under which clause of service tax,...
whether it is business auxilary service.. or it is telecommunications service??

31 August 2011 telecommunication service,

however sale of datacard is not covered under service tax, only the service part of data card viz activation and rental / top up is under service tax.
