Happy Diwali!!!
I am here with a small query that A partnership firm with 4 partners are doing business in the area of some medical services . now, they want to open an recurring deposit account with a bank for 12 months in the name of partnership firm.
1) can they do that?
2) if yes, is there any requirement/changes required etc.

1. Yes you can open such account in the name of the partnership firm.
2. just check whether or not the partnership deed has any clause which restricts opening of such accounts.
