We are planning to allot shares to NIR ( Indian Origin ) at premium what would be Income tax effect
1) whether Income tax applicable on premium amount (above the assets value of shares ) ? 2) Whether Capital gain tax applicable on above ?
3) whether Transfer Pricing applicable ?
