07 February 2017 I am a qualified cwa and also completed my CA IPCC and articleship . I have also given my ca final but not cleared . Now I am looking for a job based on ICWA. I have attended a interview in one of the MNC based on ICWA qualification but they said that B.COM is compulsary . So I have not advanced in that interview. Now my query is that whether b.com is compulsary for a person who was a qualified ICWA for getting a job ? I am also pursuing my b.com in Ignou and my exams are due in June 2017 .

07 February 2017 Hi, This type of situations are common in nature and can be easily tackled. 1. You should strongly Believe that you are a qualified person and you are better than B.com. 2. You can present yourself in such a way that, you can demonstrate more 3. Also note, CWA is only a Passport but not a VISA, hence demonstrating your capabilities to the organisation is very critical & important. Even after your postal B.com ( INGNO), still some companies may say, you don't have Formal B.com ( thru regular mode). I am sure, you can easily overcome this issues. Make yourself more committed in your interviews, you can WIN the interview.
