Sir,
I am getting medical exp reimbursement from my employer upto 15000/- per year.
Can i also get a benefit for mediclaim premium for me ?
Also, can I get additional benefit of mediclaim premium paid for my senior citizen father ?

Yes you can get the benefit of mediclaim which is covered under Sec 80D.

medica reimbursement is exampt to the limit of Rs.15,000( this is not p.a)
u can also get the deduction rs.15,000 inrespect of medical insureance u/s 80D
This limit would be rs.20,000/- if any of the family member ( parents) is senior citizen
