09 September 2010 I need to file MCA returns for Private Limited Company having Capital of Rs. 25,00,000/-
Pls tell me what all forms I need to file & due dates for the same.

09 September 2010 Most of the Forms/returns to be file at the MCA portal are even based i.e. on the happening of event.

Only Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet and Annual returns and Compliance Certificate from Practising CS are the documents , which are periodical.

E- Form 32 - Appointment/Change in the Director/Manager & Secretary - within 30 days

E- form - 2 on the Allotment of Shares

E Form - 18 on the Change in the Address of Regd. office

E Form - 23 On the passing of the Special Resolution or appointing MD

E Form - 23AC Balance sheet in within 30 days of AGM

E - form 23ACA -P & L A/c - within 30 days of AGM

E - Form 66 Compliance Certificate

E - form 20 B - Annual Return of a company having share capital. - within 60 days of AGM

The above forms can be filed after 30 days/ 60 days with addl. filing fee
