12 October 2012 You have to show all the purchases in your sales tax return. But which are having input tax and eligible for input credit show under the input creditable purchases. And which are not having input tax show under the non-taxable purchases. And which are exempted to tax show under the exempted purchases.

12 October 2012 Those which are using for manufacture of product are used as purchase of raw material and those expenses which are related to manufacture are direct expenses. Even though you said expenses are treating as direct expenses input such on expenses may also available.
