Updating dsc on mca portal

31 October 2013 I am a practising CS. I cannot update/register my new digital signature as professional on MCA portal after my old DSC expired.

However this new DSC got successful updated in capacity of Director.

When I tried to register same DSC as professional, error message came "User already registered against this PAN"

Can someone help plz....

31 October 2013 Contact the certificate issuing authority. Perhaps the DSC might have issued in the capacity of DIRECTOR while selecting 'type of subscriber'.

Currently I face the same problem as you faced. I am unable to register my renewed DSC in mca website.

How did you overcome the problem? How did you register your renewed DSC in MCA website?
There is no telephone Helpdesk in MCA. No proper response from email queries.

You are my only hope in this issue.
Please help me.

14 October 2014 Yes, when we raise a query ticket with all screenshots of the entry form and error message, they resolve the problem by two days.
