08 May 2014 undue influence is taking advantage of being in a position of power...eg how the principal misuse his position over articles.

coercion is forcing someone to do or not to do something by intimidating him. Like what gundas/police/politicians do in this country.

The difference between coercion and influence is that under coercion it is not necessary to be in position of power
