If Late Income tax return is filed then in that case Unabsorbed depreciation can be Carried forward to the subsequent year.

Only losses cannot be carry forward in case of belated return. Unabsorbed depreciation can be carry forward for belated return also

Can be c/fd and set off in subsequent year.
