Unable to file form 1 for llp name approval

10 October 2012 Dear Sir,
I had taken DIN for two Partner forming LLP.
But when i fill form 1 for LLP Name Approval, icon for residential status is not working. So when i press for check form, it shows me that "Whether Resident of India is not pre filled. Please update the record w.r.t the DPIN through form DIN4 first and then file LLP Form1".
After filing Form4, it shows me Details are identical & DIN is now provisional.
Kindly let me know what to do?
Also, give me phone no. of LLP Helpdesk if anybody has.

Please confirm, whether your DPIN/DIN has been approved by DIN cell or not of the concern person.

10 October 2012 You have also file DIN of the same person if filed then the problem will be shown on portal.

10 October 2012 I am not understood. DIN & DPIN is Same. then now what to file? I had applied in DIN1 Form which is approved on paying Rs.100/- Fees.

09 August 2014 Hello.....You need to file DIR-6 for both the Designated partners for changing the residential status in the DIN Particulars with annexures DIR-7 in Rs. 10/- stamp paper, and a proof of residential status.

After approval of this, the status in LLP1 will come as Resident or Non-resident, as the case may be.
